Our project team coordinates all parts of the project: it navigates communication at all levels, coordinates room and stage design, steers all crafts and assumes the technical control.
It manages the production of printed matters and ppt-presentations, compiles accompanying documentation and takes charge of invitation, accomodation and transfer of the participants. A stringent time management, schedules and mile stones provide status visibilty at all times.
