Client: Le Méridien Hotels - Le Royal Méridien Hamburg

The task:
Introducing the new five star deluxe hotel to the national and international market. But also the Hamburgians are invited to get to know the new hotel.

The idea:
The pre-opening phase offers various events for the public, press and decision makers. Special events like „Name the New Restaurant”, „Thank God it´s Friday” and live art performances secure the attention of local press and public. Events like a Hanami reception for top decision makers at the hotel and an accompanying show for the public, an invitation for Hamburg taxi drivers and special events for the press culminate in the grand opening gala

The result:
The hotel has been introduced very successfully to potential clients and guests and the inhabitants of Hamburg got to know their city′s new hotel / were able to get an insight into the new Le Méridien hotel of their city.

As well as Le Méridien Hamburg, the GPH Veranstaltungsagentur has successfully placed Le Méridien hotels in Munich, Stuttgart and Vienna.
