Client: Association of German Foundations – Annual Conference

The task:
Organisation of the entire participants handling, the hotel bookings, the social program, meetings of the executive board and a big gala event.

The idea:
The Deutscher Stiftungstag 2008 in Munich is aimed at bringing together founders and members of foundations from whole Germany in Bavaria´s provincial capital, to encourage exchange and inform about current topics.

The result:
Within the framework of numerous events like discussion forums, workshops and working team sessions the members were informed and discussed about foundation-relevant subjects. The additional social program took its participants along to discover new and unknown sights of Munich and its surrounding area. The Deutscher Stiftungstag 2008 culminated in the gala "Dialogue of the foundations" in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, where 1200 guests exhanged thoughts in a festive atmosphere with selected dishes, music and a cabaret presentation by Munich´s mayor Christian Ude.
