Client: Siemens AG – Relaunch Siemens SHC GmbH & Co.KG



The task:
On the occasion of the spin-off of Siemens SHC into an independent company, the members of staff were to be informed, motivated and generally tuned in on the change.

The idea:
At the beginning, the participants are asked to put together „do it yourself” cardboard stools which later are assembled into a huge bridge. At the end, the participants will leave the event unter this symbol of passage. After the company moved to the new office buildings, the stools will appear in the lobby so that every member of staff can take his personal stool to his new office.

During the event an artist captures the emotions on a huge canvas formed of 300 elements. Every participant gets one of these elements which are, after having moved into the new building, reassembled and exhibited as a symbol of passage from old to new.

The result:
The enormous changes for the staff which accompany a company spin-off were transferred into positive images: building a bridge from old to new, forming something new from a shattered whole.
